For popular performers, four to eight weeks is ideal, and earlier during the wedding and festive season. Local DJs, anchors and bands can often be arranged at shorter notice, depending on availability.

Yes. Share the name and we'll check availability, fees and requirements. If they aren't available on your date, we'll suggest similar alternatives.

It varies by artist. Performance fee, travel, stay, sound and lighting are sometimes quoted separately. We share a clear breakdown before you confirm, so there are no surprises.

Yes. We arrange the technical setup according to the artist's rider, or coordinate with your venue's in-house team if you already have one.

Yes. For weddings or corporate events spread over several days, we plan different performers for each function and manage all of them through one schedule.

Cancellation terms are agreed in the contract. In the rare case of a cancellation, we work to arrange a suitable replacement from our network as quickly as possible.
